End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Glok (the "Thara Ventures Private Limited") for the use of Glok's video calling platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and that you agree to comply with this Agreement.
2. Prohibited Conduct
   You agree not to use the Service to:
   • Engage in or promote harassment, abuse, or any form of objectionable content.
   • Distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive.
   • Exploit or harm minors in any way.
   • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
   • Violate any laws or regulations.
3. Content Filtering
   The Company employs manual methods to filter objectionable content, including but not limited to:
   • Periodic manual review by moderators.
4. User-Flagging Mechanism
   Users may flag content or behavior they find objectionable by using the "Flag" button available during or after video calls. All flagged content will be reviewed promptly by the Company’s moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken.
5. Blocking Abusive Users
   Users have the option to block other users who they find abusive or objectionable. Blocked users will not be able to initiate or participate in video calls with the user who blocked them.
6. Termination of Access
   The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate any terms of this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to engaging in objectionable content, harassment, or abusive behavior.
7. Privacy
   Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
9. Modifications to the Agreement
   The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
